Handling Quantity of Payments

EmailMeForm provides you with flexible ways to display user friendly payment options for your users. You can specify the payments based on the quantity selected for a particular product. There are two types of scenarios in which you can specify the payments based on the quantity selected. One scenario is that when all of your items have the same prices based on the quantities. Second scenario would be if you have multiple items that have different prices for different quantities for each.

Same priced based quantity of payments:

If you have the same price of all items and different quantities, follow the following steps.

1. Login to your account on emailmeform.com. You will be taken to the Form Manager Screen.

2. Mouse over to your desired form in the Form Manager, and select "Options" on your form and then "Edit". Please see screenshot for reference.

3. From the basic fields, add “Dropdown” and place it on the appropriate location on the form. Click on the dropdown field and it will take you to the field setting. Specify the appropriate label for the field and then enter the names of the items you are offering. Please see the screenshot for reference.

4.  Add another “Dropdown” field from the basic fields for quantity. Specify its name e.g. Quantity, Amount, etc. Click on the dropdown to go to field settings. Specify the appropriate label for the field and then enter the quantities you are offering e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. Please see the screenshot for reference.

5. Click “Save Form”.

6. Go back to the Form Manager, and select "Options" on your form and then "Payment". Please see screenshot for reference.

7. On the Payment Setting page, please remember to check “Enable Payment” in order to use payments in your form. Select your desired payment mode in “Merchant Setup”. In the second step, be sure to specify the different payment settings i.e. Currency, Notification, etc. Make sure to check “Show Running Total”. In the third step from the provided drop down list, select the quantity field and it will show you all the quantity options you have entered. Enter the price you are offering against each quantity and click “Save”.

8. Open live form and change the quantity from the dropdown list to test and verify that it is displaying the same prices as you have specified.

Multiple Items with different prices for different quantities:

If you want to add multiple items that have different prices for different quantities, please follow following steps.

1. Login into you EmailMeForm account and go to My Forms Page. Click “Edit” under your desired form to go to form builder.

2. From the survey fields, add “Dropdown List” at your desired location in the form. Click on the field to go to settings.

a. Specify appropriate label for the field.

b. In the Statements section, specify the name of the items you are offering.

c. In the choice section, specify the number of quantities you are offering for all mentioned items.

3. Click “Save Form”.
4. Go back to the Form Manager, and select "Options" on your form and then "Payment". Please see screenshot for reference.

5. For the first 2 steps please refer to step 7 of previous section. In the 3rd step, add all the items that you have added in the step 2. Specify the prices for different quantities for different items and click “Save”. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

6. Open live form and change the quantity from the dropdown list to test and verify that it is displaying the same prices as you have specified.
