To create a duplicate form, log into your account on emailmeform.com, hover your mouse over the form you wish to copy and select "Copy" from the drop-down options from the top right-hand corner.
Note: Please note that all settings are copied over (i.e. Logic, form fields, Notifications settings), therefore, if you want to test the form for a client, for example, make sure that you have updated the "Notifications" settings of the new form which were copied over from the old form. Otherwise, you may send a form administrator an inadvertent test email.
