How do I change the theme for my form?

To change the theme for your form, login to your account at emailmeform.com. From there, the first screen you will see is the Form Manager screen.




Select "Options" on the form you wish to change the theme on. Once there, you will see a series of options. At the top under 'Edit', you will see 'Theme'.





Select the drop-down box, to select which theme you would like to apply. Once you select it, it will auto save for you.

Be sure to preview your form, to ensure the theme has been applied.
