How to receive form submission in CSV format in email?

To modify receive submission/response in email in CSV format. Please refer to the steps below.

1. Login to emailmeform.com
2. In Form Manager, click on your desired form thumbnail (in grid view) or Options(in list view) for which you want to configure the CSV format.
3. Click Notifications.

4. Go to the Email Notifications tab. Add your email in the text box. 

5. Under Advanced Options, tick 'Include CSV data as email'. Save Changes.
