Support access toggle feature is provided to Compliance plan users to have full control of their account. EMF support access is required when our team needs to troubleshoot an issue which couldn’t be solved without account access. You can enable or disable the support access on your compliance account under account settings. Please follow the below steps to Allow the support access.
1. Login into your account and go to Account Settings as shown below or click on https://app.emailmeform.com/builder/account.
2. Under Account Settings, click on the Allow Support Access button as shown below.
