Paragraph Text Fields are usually added for users to type in long answers. You can set up a characters/words range in Field Settings to limit the characters/words accepted.
To add a paragraph text field to your form, click on the Add Field button at the top and click ‘Paragraph Text’. You can click the field in preview and edit the field settings at the left side bar.
