The new version of Data Manager (ALPHA) allows you to perform Advanced Searches in a more convenient and efficient way. This feature allows you to filter, export, and print entries based on specified search criteria. To use the Advanced Search option of the Data Manager, please follow the instructions provided below.
Mouse over and then click on your form > Click on “Data”
On the banner, click on the “Switch” button.
Click on the “Add Filter” button
Select the field that you need on your filter.
Select the logical operator and value for your filter and then click Save.
If you have more than one filter, select if you want “ALL” or “ANY” filter to meet the conditions
Select the plus (+) icon if you need to add more filter conditions and then click “Filter Results”.
Click on the X icon to delete a filter or click on the “Reset filter” to remove all filters.
