Below are the steps that should be followed to view the number of entries and usage that a specific form received within a given time period.
Go to the Form Manager (https://app.emailmeform.com/builder/manager)
Mouse-over your form and select “Options” > “Usage”
Here you will be able to see the number of Entries and Views your form received for the day, week, month or year.
To switch between Today, Week, Month and Year select the related tab
You have the option to switch between a line graph and a bar chart as shown below
