If you want to show the total score based on how many fields’ data have been entered, please perform the following steps.
1. Login into your EmailMeForm account. Go to the “My Forms” page. Hover the mouse over the form that you want the score to be displayed in and click "Options", then select "Edit". We have included a screenshot as a visual reference.
2. This will take you to the form editor. Click on the Form Settings. Please see the screenshot for reference.
3. Scroll down until you see the score settings. Please see the corresponding item in the attached screenshot.
a. Check the option “Enable calculating score” to enable score calculation.
b. If you want to customize the score bar title, check the option “Customize title”.
c. If you want to show the score on the form, check the option “Show score on form.”
4. Click Save form to save the changes.
