1. Log in to your Facebook Account that you will embed your form on
2. Log in to emailmeform.com in the same browser used for Step 1
3. Mouse over the form you want to edit and click "Options" then "Code".
4. Click the "Facebook" icon under "Social & CMS Integration"
5. Click the "Install our App on your Facebook Page" button
6. Test and view in Facebook
**Please note Facebook requires a Page with 2000 or more fans to allow the custom tabs option be added to your Facebook Page. **
