Why are we deprecating these integrations?
The version of the payment integrations listed below are outdated and no longer supported by its processor. This means that the provider will no longer fix any issues that occur with this integration. In addition, these older payment integrations can be less compatible with newer browsers standards.

What happens after the deprecation?
After the deprecation, you will no longer be able to access or edit the outdated payment integration. It will continue processing payments for a short time, after which it will be sunsetted (or turned off).
When is the sunsetting of the old payment integrations going to take place?

We have extended the migration timelines until November 30, 2023 for our customers to update all their forms to the newer replacements under our Compliance Plans.
What would happen once the sunsetting starts for these older deprecated payment integrations after November 30, 2023?
Forms utilizing these deprecated payment integrations will stop processing payments.
What do I need to do?
Before the end of November 2023, updating your forms to the recommended replacement options or any of the new Payment Integration options on our Compliance plans.
