Constant Contact

1. Log in to

2. Mouse over the form you want to edit and click "Notifications".

3. Click "Integrations".

4. Click "Constant Contact".

5. Click the "Integrate with Constant Contact" button.

6. Enter login criteria into Constant Contact in the new window and log in.

7. Grant access to your Constant Contact account.

8. Modify the settings of the Constant Contact integration in accordance with your requirements.

9. Click "Apply".
