How do I change the logo?

Here's a detailed step-by-step of how to add or change the logo on your form: 

1.) Once you have created a form that needs a logo...

2.) Navigate to the top left-hand corner to bring up some options. Select "Theme Builder":

3.) Set up your theme:

4.) Populate theme with your logo:

• Enter URL: You will provide the direct link to your logo on another server.
• Upload Image File: You will upload a file of your logo in electronic format to our server.
• Choose From Existing Images: You will select from images uploaded to our server in the past.

5.) Save the new theme once you see your logo in the preview window (for this example, the logo reads "Logo Here"):

6) Apply theme with logo to the form created in Step #1:
