Setting up an automatic response to users (Autoresponder)

1) Add an “email” field to your form and click “Save Form”.



2) Mouse over your form and click "Options", then "Notifications".

3) Click “Autoresponder” then select "Enabled". Customize the default settings if necessary then click “Save”:

*Note, under the “From” section, you may enter a “Custom Name” and “Reply-to Email” so that the user recognizes emails from your organization easily.

4) Fill out the form as a user would and submit a test form submission to determine if the user receives the email.
