Dynamic Tokens

The usage of Dynamic Tokens allows user inputted data to be dynamically added to your custom Notification, Autoresponder, and Confirmation messages. All form fields can be accessed via Dynamic Tokens.

For example, you can insert a Dynamic Token in the message body to display the name entered in the Name First field of your form:

Welcome {entry:Field1} to EmailMeForm.

Assuming that Name is at Field1 and the name entered is Haider. This would be the message displayed:

Welcome Haider to EmailMeForm.

In order to add Dynamic Tokens to your custom Notification, Autoresponder, and/or Confirmation messages, please:

1. Login into your EmailMeForm account, you will be taken to the Form Manager screen.

2. Mouse over to your form, and click on "Options", and then the “Notifications”.
