Your unique Backup MFA (recovery codes) will be provided immediately after you set up multi-factor authentication to your account.
If you lose access to your authentication device, you can use one of these recovery codes to log in to your account, then set up MFA on a different device. Each code may be used only once.
To use one of the recovery codes to log in, please:
- Navigate to EmailMeForm site, locate "Login", then enter your email address and your password, after that click "Log In".
- On the "Multi-factor authentication" page, please click "emergency recovery code" link.
- Enter one of the recovery codes, and then click "Verify".
- If you were using Authy for Two-Factor Authentication, you can simply reset your phone at Authy as soon as you replace your smartphone.
