How to delete Credit Card Entries in Vault (make entry inactive)

Please note that deleting your credit card number will remove all of the credit card data including the credit card number and SAD (Sensitive Authentication Data) except for the last four digits of the card for reference purposes. If you would like to remove only SAD from your vault and keep the full credit card number please see this article "Remove SAD data".

Using the Delete Card Feature inside your Vault will:

• Deleted all the credit card information (Card number, CVV and Expiration date) from your form submission
• Allow you to keep the last four digits of the credit card with your form submission
• Make the deleted card entry inactive, freeing credit card entry space

To delete credit card entries in vault, follow these steps:

1. Open your Form's Data Manager

2. Select the submission entry you wish to remove Credit Card info from and click on retrieve from vault:

3. Inside Vault, click on Delete Card button:

4. Enter your account password to confirm deletion:
